anyone have any idea what I can do?Įdit: Here is a screenshot hosted on imgur, the entire window is tiny, I only see the "F" of the "File" menu.Įdit3: my firefox version is: 17.0+build2-0ubuntu0.12.04. All it takes is to load the address in the browsers address bar to get started. Needless to say, I'm using a completely different browser to post this message. Mozilla launched a redesign of the about:config page in Firefox 71.

I've started up with -safe-mode, and I've created a fresh profile, and it still has the tiny window startup size. Attempting to grab a corner with the mouse only makes it smaller. My windowmanager keyboard shortcut to maximize the window does nothing. Now, when I start firefox, it starts as a very tiny window (about 18x145 pixels), and nothing I try can resize it larger (it will go smaller though!)į11 does not change the size. Just did a kernel upgrade from 3.2.0-32, and I think my nvidia driver was upgraded along with a bunch of other stuff as I hadn't upgraded software in a few weeks. I'm on Ubuntu 12.04, kernel 3.2.0-33-generic, using the sawfish window manager (roll my own desktop).
